A Brief Note On The Online Shopping Experience - 1073 Words
Introduction Online shopping has become increasingly popular throughout the years due to the convenience and accessibility that it is able to provide its users and the business with. With more people switching from offline to online shopping and the lack of a physical staff to aid in the purchasing process, it is important that the organizations ensure their website provides ease of use for customers, from viewing the products to the check-out process. Therefore, I will be analyzing both Zalora and Asosââ¬â¢s online store. 6.1 Online Shopping Experience While shopping online, there are some information that users often look for and these includes the delivery prices, contact numbers of the business and whether they are eligible for any form of discounts. On the Zalora website, these are the few information that can be easily seen as soon as users enter their web page. (Refer to appendix 1). Unlike Zalora, the Asos website requires users to search for the various tabs in order to locate the information mentioned above, providing users with lesser convenience. Secondly, Zalora only allows users to choose the different apparel categories such as ââ¬Å"Topsâ⬠, ââ¬Å"Dressesâ⬠and ââ¬Å"Outerwearâ⬠after they have clicked into the preferred gender category. But, on the Asos web page, customers are able to choose the various categories simply by hovering their cursor over the Gender option. Zalora may be lacking in this section in comparison to Asos.
